Player Agent-Registration Open. Getting Bids for Uniforms
Concession Stand- Fall Ball not as profitable due to weather

5) Field Equipment- Sean McGinn has given us an inventory of all equipment
Gators-Tune-ups complete and running
1 Dump is broken and is being fixed
Mower is tuned up
Leaf Vac broke needs new belt is being ordered and fixed
Lost lots of rake’s - Hand equipment is most needed
Fence behind garage is falling down
Chalker’s all work, Bases OK
Wood Sheds just need to be OK’d by LPD
Pallet of Mound Clay needed-Managers Must Attend Clinic
6.) Concession Stand - 30,000 is the worse case scenerio
Sewer Line is the biggest cost (Clean or Replace)
New Concession Stand-looking into most cost effective options
